When purchasing goods online you can return goods within 7 days of purchase however this is different when you are purchasing customized or personalized products. When you are ordering personalized products we are making them specifically for you so as such we do not offer returns or refunds on products unless they are damaged or faulty.

If you do receive a product that is faulty then we will either refund or exchange for you, no problem.

Also it is your responsibility to check the spelling of any names or words on your designs we do not accept returns for any misspellings on your products.

It should also be noted that your print colors may differ slightly from the colors you see on screen, this is due to each individual monitor being different.

If you wish to cancel an order with us then you must notify us immediately, we are proud of the fact we produce orders fast and as such we start production on orders within 24 hours so if we have started production on your order then we cannot cancel it or change it.
